half of the skin is stolen? WOW so recolored and stretch things can put you as the skin new skin author? If you don't like Windowblinds, why are you using it to convert skins from other authors? Just create yours pixels by pixels. wonder who is not mature here

if you are running xpstyle and wblinds, toothpaste theme is fucking things, just delete toothpaste theme and reaply the wblinds skins, all problems will be gone
