Finally I got my cable connection back, it was about time. Last week I've use phone connection and I can tell you it's a real pain, I had to use that until they can restore my cable connection. Since 3 years it was the first time I switch back to phone connection! ishhhhhh!!! I just hope it will not happend again

MogWaEE a skin can not make crash a software, it just means Windowblinds has some compatibilities issues with some features that is supposed to support. So that means Windowblinds is making crash your computer, not the skin, the skin is not an exec file it's just a skin that use Windowblinds features.
