Every year the education is the U.S. is getting worse. They want drones instead of smart citizens. They are not teaching like they did when I was in school. They don't even teach the kids how to cursive write. I asked the teacher why and she said most print or use computers.
Well, let me say that all uploads are capped to 5 a day. At the moment no one is ding that. Generally 3 by anyone person. Now there is only about 5 people at most that are uploading and its usually 3 people.

Damn few ever say if they found something wrong, they will PM the person so he can fix it, that way they don't put a blemish on the skin and piss the maker off. Egos are big.

Hehe, I'll just say this. As a 20 army vet, I've seen and been through many sexist and racist crap. Damn I'am glad I don't have to go though that now. I tried it a few times but couldn't get into it.
So I guess I should save time and just rate everything from the preview. If I like the preview give is a good rating and if I don't give it a bad rating. Hum. Guess I've been doing it all wrong.
gmc, your right, people download based on the preview. I didn't say they shouldn't, how else would they know if they might like it. After they download and try it they rate. So how is that poppycock? Do you buy a car from just looking at it? Think not, you test drive it. I think you need to read and understand before you type. Rating from just looking at the PREVIEW is not a fair rating. Sorry, but Screenshot rating shouldn't be. How can one be fair if one doesn't download(in this case buy) the skin and test it before its rated? That's like me telling someone to buy something that I don't own or have ever used. Kind of like fraud. There are times that I've seen a skin uploaded with 1 download and 3 ratings. A lot of things happen that should not.
I agree with Boopish. Will say I only rate that which I have downloaded and tested.

Yes, amen, sure is causing a lot of extra work. [e digicons]X([/e] If ya get pissed at someone don't think you can down rate all his skins and think there won't be any price to pay. Bring your grievance to a mod or admin and we will take care of the problem. Its safer and easier that way.
