treetog: SWB(Southwestern Bell) says that my area is outside of their towers. It will be about a year before they service this area.

I have never had that problem. All I do is right click on the download and save as(I have a download folder I put them in). I don't know if this helps but like I said , I don't have a problem this way.

What would be the criteria? Most downloads? Stardock participants only? Most skins or uploads? Who's the most popular? This would be a hard choice. I have XP PRO. I also have ME. ME is skinned. I don't use it much. I could care less if you stop supporting it. The only reason its still on my computer is XP doesn't support all of my equipment and I do not want to replace them yet. When I do ME is gone.
