Hey Ecca2, It can be from 15 minutes to hours, It all depends on I guess the time, Whos available to check it, how many they have to go thru. Hold tight.

If I'am not mistaken it's just for lan, but you need it to hook up 2 computers to use the same internet line(conection). I hope I'am right.

joetheblow, the news letter goes out to everyone who wants it. On your edit my account there is a box to check if you want it. It's near the bottom of the page. When you email out 300,000 of them it eats up bandwith I guess.

I like AMD myself. I think they are better suited for graphics. I have 4 USB2 ports. Two are used now(scanner & printer). So if I need anything else I have the room. 300 watt power supply(my preference).

If you use your monitor,keyboard and mouse you ca get a new computer for around $500. Maybe a little less. Upgrading your computer I personally think would be a waste of money.

You might be right GoodMorphing. I just read my July edition and it was great. Maybe they can save on bandwidth by just posting in in the news section and letting those who want to read it do so. Who knows.

It does seem that this site has been down a lot this week. I wonder if it is just maintenance or bandwidth problems? I do get a little crazy when I can't get on.

Everyone has their own way of doing things. First off, whatever you want to download, look up to the top of the catagory and it will tell you what program you need to run it. Second(I have a dump or download folder) right click on the download and then the box comes up click on the save target as and tell it where you want to save it to. I save it to my dump or download file, that way I know where it is. Go to that file and double click on it. Then it depends on what you downloaded as to what

Carlitus: Don't worry, your english is fine. Keep posting. I have a great respect(and envy) for anyone who can speak more that one language. As I'am of spanish descent and I cannot speak spanish. Wish I could.
