sig101: The only thing I can tell you is that maybe citizens do not have that option. You are probably set at a 4 raying(I think). An admin will have to help you now.

sis101: At the top of every page (WC) you will see Edit Account. Go into it and you will see show skins with this rating or higher. Its almost at the bottom of the page. Select what you want.

keymastr: Subscribing does not help. You are rated on how good your work is. How well it works, and how pleasing to the eye of the rater it is. Then you get the bad apple who just rates you poor for whatever reason.

keymastr: It might be because you are a citizen, and you can't rate yourself. Lecrayon: I agree, but I think if more people rated it would be a fairer rating instead of 1 or 2 peoples opinion.

It really doesn't matter who rates. When it was Journeymam and above, you still had funny ratings. When it was apprentice and above , it did not get any better. Now it's level four and its still the same. Not enough people are rating. When i or 2 or even 3 are rating the ratings are going to be skewed. Remember that you can bring up your skins in the my skins at the top of the page, even if you cannot access the wallpaper section.

I ran classic for a few days, until I got comfortable with XP. Won't go back. Computer hard ware is so cheap its the time to upgrade whatever you need. I only wish that I could get DSL.
