Thanks Codecritter. I found out another bad side effect of having no more elections: You had a hard time declaring war. The vote would come up and happen, but you still couldn't attack anything unless you saved and reloaded the game.

Ok, thanks. When I get a chance at the house I'll send it over.
I need to know where to email a savegame file and a screenshot of a strange bug I have encountered. I was playing a conquest game but using only influence to win (I like LOOOONG games) and I am have encountered a bug that seems to have my next election 4294967284 weeks away. I currently have a federation and it is presently May 8th, 2231.
I generally buy ships from one enemy and then sell them to another (often at a loss) to keep the balance of miitary power in the game. Researching Spin centers and parking a few high-powered ships in orbit also helps to keep your maintenance costs low while still seeming strong.
In order to take over a planet via influence (the way I prefer to conquer planets) you need to elevate your influence to 4x the planet's influence. You can tell how much influence over the planet you have by looking to the right of the Influence section. Whatever it says after IP [as in 39IP (1.00)] is your influence multiplier. I want to get a copy of the CD for my preorder (I already paid and all and have downloaded all but the media files). I don't see how to go about doing this without repurchasing the software. Help?
I am playing the first campaign mode and I seem to be WAY ahead of the Altarians and Drengin in almost everything (although I can't figure out what techs I need to make heavy fighters, which are kicking my baby fighters' asses). I concentrated on economy and morale and am pretty much taxing my population at 50%, have a 79% approval rate, my production set at 100% and still have a positive cash flow. My problem is trying to figure out how to get some decent warships. I have re
I have been having difficulties downloading anything through Stardock central. I can download about 35% of the multimedia files and then it suddenly stops and tries to install them and tells me it cannot do it. Is there anywhere I can download them without having to use Stardock? The game downloaded fine but the multimedia files are being a problem. Oh, where do I submit 'glitches' I have found? I somehow managed to 'buy' several different facilities in one turn and, in lat
