Can't change titlebar text color in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

So, I was working on my first skin, which has a titlebar that changes from black to white when inactive. The text in the titlebar, for this reason, cannot be white. I'm trying to find or create an attribute to change the color of the text, but I have not been given this option. Where can I change this color?
