I should have backed the game as a Founder but alas I will pick it up on Early Access. Congrats to everyone working on the game over there at MoHawk and thank you Stardock. Better late then never or better early than later in this case :) I've been waiting for a game similar to MULE for over 25 years. I still remember going to the neighbors where they had an Atari 2600 in the kitchen with 4 controllers around the table. That's where I first played MULE. Since then I'v

When STEAM was first released I was also skeptical. The application always had to be running and STEAM itself was very restricted. It broke many defragmentation programs and disk utilities as they would stall when they tried to defrag the STEAM files. However STEAM has matured and now allows you to defrag the files, and while the application still has to be loaded it does offer an offline mode. Valve also polished it up with a plethora of features and functiona

I just noticed xmas had come early in my mailbox also. Never seen this happen in 25 years. With all the corporate hype and money sucking these days it sure feels good to get something back. Although I never really felt that Stardock owed me anything. This is very appreciated. I was just looking at Elemental Fallen Enchantress the other day on Steam and pondering. Stardock has always been very grounded and good with their customers. This is a very classy thing to do. Especially in wo
I think with all your ai tweaking froggy dear my dual core comp is noticing the change in between turns. This is not a complaint. What i would like is more of a visual reminder that a new turn has started.
This would look great but would be even better with a nice sound attached also. Shard Hummer...

I just installed the game and I'm getting lower fps in v1.07 hotfixed then I was in the beta. Mind you the terrain looks much nicer now. Still though the framerates are extremely poor for this kind of game. Should be running 60fps solid in 1920x1200 on any mid level system. Even with some of the older cards. Hell I get better performance in wow rendering 80 players on high settings with max particle detail in a full blown PvP skirmish and this is ONLINE. As another example even Empire To

I'm going to have to pass on Starcraft 2. While I'm a huge Blizzard fan and I did enjoy the original for about a month I still think Company of Heroes is a much much better and funner game. I really like how you can only have 1 account per cd-key as this prevents smurfing which is common in CoH community. I like how they have different leagues for players to play in that reflect their skill level. Combined with no smurfing it makes for a much better experience when playing online in a vs game

Stardock is amazing. Great people, great games, and with Impulse at their side they are the only publisher/developer offering a reasonable solution to the current state of gaming on the PC today. Not only does Stardock offer the best digital platform with Impulse but their support is of the highest quality available. I have absolutely no problem supporting this company. Stardock is leading by example and other publishers and developers should be taking notes. I've become very fruste

Upon entering Tactical combat in Terrorized Village Quest the graphics were corrupt. Only the menus and some icons were visible but I was still able to mouse over enemies. Oddly enough I was unable to capture a screenshot at this point using the game. I had to paste it into paint from the clipboard. NOTE: Low Quality Lighting was in use and 1280x1024 Windowed Mode. Update: I thought the High Quality Lighting was fixed since after starting a new game it wasn't bugged. Only when I went into Tactical combat did it go blurry. Upon returning to Strategic map it fixed itself. However loading the save caused it to bug out again. Screenshot: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/9135246/Elemental_0.90_3b/Elemental_1279354963.jpg

High Quality Lighting appears to work in strategic view now but upon entering tactical battles it's all blurry again. Upon exiting the battle the lighting was back to normal again. NOTE: No option menu available during tactical battles to toggle lighting.
