Does that mean the bad comments on my works are now deleted too? I was sort of a collector of vomit icons

Delicious, don't get stuck into political games. I believe favoritism is showing on this site, and is also not disputed by admins anymore. I didn't check but saw one of your walls or skins get a low rating this week. Please don't get upset and enjoy the making of all your works in the first place. There are a lot of people that do enjoy what you make. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 A
Happy Birthday
Carlitus is one of the best around. His talent is amazing and his creativity too. Nuvem is brilliant, saw strange dogs on deviantart. There are so many great works around on other sites, wincusto is not the creme de la creme. The artists that are 'watched' are.
With the toolbar I meant menubar..So many bars
E-tin, just one remark, I made the skin on a screensize of 1280 x 1024 and the dpi settings on 140...that's probably a setting no one uses. The toolbar is readable I think on 120dpi and the title bar doesn't change it's size whatever setting you use. However the size of the font of the titlebar is a normal size, the width is only less than what you are used to. I would agree with you that the displayed fontcolour of the workbars (rightclick on taskbar) is unreadable, but so far I have found no s
And where is the cursorman Jalentorn?
Happy Birthday BoXXi ! Keep up your nice works, and don't forget, the older you get, the better you will become
E-tin is the example of what I saw as a negative point when it comes to a subscription of this site. Remember the money was raised amongst the loyal visitors to keep this site running. I like to make skins, as a hobby, and some people make them for earning a living. A lot of people like me like to share what we make. E-tin, you can pay about $10 for every skin released by skinstudio, those are professional skins. As a response to a link to my skin in one of your comments, your eyes are different
I am so happy to see two talented people become members of the admin team. Hip hip
Crae: nice idea, but people can mail the admins anyhow. And the message board is willing too. Also BoXXi: What happened to my upload?? Why isn't it placed yet? You can get those mails and then maybe a lousy negative comment if you respond. I think a certain politeness of returning a thank you for uplaod but hasn't met admins approval to host/display is the least you can do to send to all those who take the effort to create a wall.
This debate goes on and on and on. A couple of weeks ago I heard Frogboy say something in favour of walls and keeping the library. Now it seems to go the other way. I read something about Bakerstreets point of view about deleting the walls library and he got attacked. It is an endless debate and neither solution seems perfect. A long time ago I suggested to add a library that has walls that complement skins, and have a second one that is moderated on solid basis and understandable guidelines.
Interesting, interesting I remember the days when walls and other works were called "art" here. In all the wall submissions I did I had only two times a comment why it was rejected. One liners. Moderation is good, but don't make it sound so extreme like uploaders are screaming harassers and VOLUNTEERS are ALWAYS nice. That is simply not true. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/grim.gif" bord
I miss Adni too on Wincusto. I have done some snooping around on other sites and it appears he is happily uploading works. I can't speak for Adni, but knowing him as one of the finest and sincere people around he must have his reasons not to upload here. After all wincusto is part of a skinning community <img src="http://images.s
At least you have got a shell! Good to hear from you again WOM. Hope all is ok Maybe the geforce2 drivers I have muck things up, dunno <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle" ALT="Powered by Ski
Mike, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately it didn't work. There is no shellstyle displayed at all. I am really drooling but so far I can only look at screenshots <A HREF="https://www.wincustomize.com/index.asp?Cmd=full&N
It happens to all the WB that included WB4 features
Anyone has an idea why I can't get the XP-shell displayed? All that happens on my puter is the loss of the panel and the icons move to the left where once the blue panel was. Do I have settings wrong?
I have WB 3.9b too, but the blue left panel is gone and all the icons shift to the left...So, I am not even capable of checking whether I skinned the XP shell correctly Maybe the drivers of my graphics card need to be changed? <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle" ALT="Powered by SkinB
went back to 3.5 after the scrollbar glyph was mixed up
Change the icon to something less annoying. WOM, I am only annoyed when a low rating isn't fair in my opinion. People compare, it's how it is. I am not annoyed if someone says he doesn't like it. And then places the only negative icon there is. There is a difference. I am angry when a staff member says something totally untrue of what I have created and then smacks it because he is in power to do so. I still am ><img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/mad.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmidd
I am sorry to say once again, if you can't put up with those negative comments stop submitting. I have collected a few and have you ever heard me complaining I got them? I think if you like to point out immatureness to the ones who use that icon, you also are able to decide for yourself whether the criticism is constructive or not. It's a fact of life that not all your works will be appreciated, and if you only want nice icons and nice comments well....I'd say build a stronger skin...And maybe r
I sort of collect these icons on my work....it's not funny though but if you can't put up with it don't make skins I think it should stay but make it non-animated. I love the icon. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif"
