Basically it comes down to what wincustomize thinks is appropriate for complementing the skins that are made. You could have created a brilliant digital painting, but, if for instance icons are hard to be seen on it, what is the purpose of storing it in the WC library where the sole meaning is to complement skins. There are other sites that do accept your work. I had to learn this the hard way. And I have to say I can live with that. Now for works in bryce, the problem is that most of those do l
