Quick question: I'm running W7 RC 32bit. Tried installing the 64bit but program sez I cant. Do I have to format drive before installing the 64 bit? I know all my hardware is 64 bit compatiable.

Wow!, ok, I get the point. Nice to see SD has so many dedicated supporters. I do honestly respect all the opinions, I gave you mine and you all gave yours. I knew vStyler was a very popular user name, just wasn't sure of his position. Sorry vStyler. I would venture to guess that SD will be receiving very few inqueries at this point regarding the release of WB7. My initial thoughts of SD is the same, I think the service they provide is outstanding,
vStyler, I've seen your user name a few times before. Are you an SD employee, a spokesperson for SD or an SD user? 1. Ok, so I'm completely wrong in my assessment. Why am I wrong? The post had nothing to do with having to wait like everyone else. My point was I felt WB7 could have been out sooner. 2. Believe SD stated WB7 would be out sometime after the retail release of Windows 7. Microsoft has stated that Windows 7 would prob
Black Cat, I agree, although "shut up and wait" was not actually said in those words, but some of the posts I've read certainly implied "shut up and wait". Now, as far as waiting for the retail release before stardock begins making a Windowblinds for Windows 7 doesn't make sense, IMHO. Stardock could have released a Windowblinds 7 beta weeks ago, and it would have worked fine with the RC and the retail version. I would like to see a technical reason why it would
Would appreciate someone explaining to me the notable differences between the two systems. I'm currently running 32 bit but tempted to switch to 64 bit. All hardware on my computer is 64 bit compatible, but what software problems would I be facing by switching to 64 bit? My OS is the Windows 7, build 7057 beta. The RC version of Windows 7 is due out in May in both 32 and 64 bit.
My subscription to Stardock will expire in Feb this year. I have Windows 7 which I'm using now and plan on purchasing the final version when it becomes available. The problem is I cannot justify renewing my subscription to Stardock until Windowblinds becomes compatible with Windows 7. As millions of people have downloaded the new version of Windows will Windowblinds be updated to work with Windows 7 anytime in the near future?
