Wait a minute... I didn't make the object bar! But i CAN tell you that the font that I used in the DX theme is called "Dungeon", and the size is 11. You could have right clicked on any of the shortcuts in the drop down menu's, gone to "appearance", then on "change font", and you would have seen it. But, you'll know next time. If you need any more help, let me know. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/im

Thank you very much!! You are nice people I am 45 today, but for those of you who think I am an old fart, remember this: Even when you get to 45, (or even older) you do NOT think or feel any different to when you were 20. I still get excited by the same things, still harbour ambitions to become a rock god, still want to be a motorcycle racer, still think 18 year old girls find me attractive, still thin

I was a confirmed Stepper until I discovered DesktopX. Litestep is great, don't get me wrong, but I don't like what they have done with the LS Distro thing. It was supposed to make it easier for newbies but I found it a pain in the butt. Also, if you want to become a themer, DX is a lot more fun to create themes for. If you want to learn about Litestep, you will have to read everything you can about it before you start to use it. Remember, Litestep is a shell REPLACEMENT, it replace

I had this problem and it's because of the APM setting which is not enabled. To enable it, right click on my computer go to properties select hardware and click device mangager. Click view and then on show hidden devices. You should see the NT ATM / Legacy Interface mode with a red cross on it. Double click it and on the screen that appears at the bottom choose enable from the drop down menu. Your PC should now automatically switch off completely on shutdown. And I don't think t

I know many artists and skinners (myself included), often search around for inspiration when we want to create something new. So, why not tell them what you want in this thread? You could tell us what kind of wallpapers you like, what style of Desktop X or Window Blinds themes you prefer, or even which colors you like to have on your desktop. For instance, I like to make DesktopX themes that are menu based, but do you like these, or do you prefer them to be object based (like zoomers etc.)?<

If you mean which graphics program, then you will find that most people use Photoshop or Paint shop pro. But snowman is right, the graphics are made in PS or PSP, and then the .ini file is written in notepad. Well, that's usually how it goes......
