The simple answer is no...... You must get the permission of the original artist. Just giving credit is not enough unfortunately. I hope this helps. (if you tell us the name of the skin, we may be able to help you contact the artist, most of them are quite good about letting people mod their skins, especially the old ones. ) :)

I just wanted to say a public thank you to Paul (Jafo) for once again taking the time to collect and send me memorabilia from this years Australian MotoGP race........ Paul went to a lot of trouble and personal expense to get this stuff to me and it's things I will treasure being a MASSIVE MotoGP fan. I have a feeling that this may be something to do with either Windows live messenger, or Avast Virus program. When I start up Windows ( 7 32bit) my cursor is skinned, but when Avast kicks in it goes back to unskinned cursor. The only way to get it back is to go to the taskbar, hover my mouse over live messenger taskbar button, and when the preview comes up, click it. The cursor becomes skinned again then...... Not sure if this is the same for everyone, but may be worth taking a look a
