How do I get those cool, semi-clear menus on this skin? I've tried umpteen combinations of settings but no luck. I have WindowBlinds 3.0 and Win 98SE. Thanks in advance.

It's the one in the collage on the WindowBlinds main page. Pale green one, third from bottom, furthest right. Would have been easier to put a pick of it up. Can you use html on here? Thanks in advance for any help.
