Thank YOU (all)! I tried that and it didn't work (which is what I meant by bug)I finally got it to work by using the unload window blinds after setting the deafault skin etc. It seems to be working OK again. Thank You for all your help!!

I quote from the readme.txt "Set the skin to Windows Classic to not use a WB skin on startup (or use the options on the Skins tab or in the Advanced Config window). None of these work, either. How do I prevent WB from Loading at startup? I couldn't find it using msconfig. the tip in the read me file doesn't work either.
