Start up Error, please assist! in Galactic Civilizations III GalCiv3 Forums

I have been trying to play Gal Civ again, but I receive the following error on start up: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Galactic Civilizations III/Data/Core\GameOptions.xml(233,21): error: value 'QuickMove' not in enumeration When selecting any of the "Continue", "Skip", or "Quit" options, all cause the launcher to shut down. What is this error and how can I correct it? Please and thank you!!

So I've ran through a few new game starts at this point, and my local friends have asked me this question... Can I stream my testing of Gal Civ 3? They'd love to see what the product looks like in the early testing phases, but I haven't had any confirmation as to if I can or can not stream.

And as soon as I post.... So I started to click randomly on my screen? Turns out the game just didn't like how I changed the settings. So everything is off-center, off-screen, or black-barred at the bottom. It seems that unless you are full screen and native resolution, you will get this weird visual issue. Testers; anyone else try and change their resolutions?

Hey there, So I just got in, downloaded the game and installed everything, but I wanted to change the resolution and go in to windowed mode for the ability to take notes while playing. So I changed the resolution, marked out of fullscreen, and reset the game. But now, when I get back in, the game doesn't let me get passed the welcome screen.
