Although, another question...what if it doesn't have an original icon for a specific thing...i.e. microsoft word...how do I get it on there????

I am new at this and recently purchased objectdock plus. I have windows vista so I am not sure if this will matter. I can get the backgrounds to work but no matter what icons I download, I cant get them to show. Can anyone help me?? Thank Lost and Confused
