Thats a problem with your BIOS Nasok666, You may have to check to see if its the latest updates. Also, some older computers (expecially older Dell's) don't seem to work with OS editing software
The easist way to make a bootskin, is to take an existing one, and edit the pictures of it, re-save it under a diff. name. then, opent the text file that comes in the folder in notepad, re-name the pictures that it refers to in there and then save it with the other pictures of yours. Just make sure that somewhere you include the orriginal author the skin that you modified to make your own. Its way easier than making one from scratch and figuring
