Hengst, You have it. What were you trying to do when WC said it did not support Opera? I was clicking the 'B' to insert the bold tags. Edit: I'm also running version 8.50 of Opera on Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4. <img src="http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a230/PhantomPuppet/Ope
Have you downloaded the Java Plug-In from the Opera website? Where can I get that from? I Googled about a bit, and had a quick look at the Opera site; however, there didn't seem to be anything relating to a Java plug-in. Version 1.5 of the Sun Java Runtime Environment is installed on my computer, whi
Opera rules! Agreed. Unfortunately, WC doesn't always seem to like it.
The Opera web browser is now completely free for anyone without any annoying ad. banners at the top. Why we're going free Opera has removed the banners, found within our browser, and the licensing fee. Opera’s growth, due to tremendous worldwide customer support, has made today’s milestone an achieva
The review of it at 1up.com ( Link ) does make it sound quite promising - certainly something to pay attention to.
As you can see here , they learn to be snobs from the best.
But I do hope there's an overall fit and finish guy over there so that things like ancient icons and inconsistent fonts get fixed. The mouse cursor should also be revamped to fit-in with the new interface.
You might want to fix-up the 'Avaon' bit.
Perhaps someone could make a widget of a Mac being blown up with a zealot on it (make him look like Steve Jobs even)?
There's a couple of good screenshots here of Office 12.
I downloaded the Alienware Invader skin a few weeks ago and was quite impressed by it, so, after a while, I decided to try out Windowblinds. It seems, however, that, after installing the free version with the AlienGUIse manager alrewady installed, all of the text in the Windowblinds Advanced Configuration widow gets 'stuffed-up'. Btw, when I went to edit the post
Seems like there's already a whole load of zealots (aka idiots) flaming Microsoft in the comments section at the site you gave MountainDragon.
I use Getright and I've never had any problems with it; however, the largest file I've downloaded, a knoppix ISO image file, was about >700 mb.
The party's now over . Anyway, I got my free license last night. So far, I'm very happy with it: all of the main functionality of Mozilla Firefox, but, seemingly, faster as an application - which is good for my old computer.
Hello, I just signed up via stardock site and paid my $19.95 for 2 years and I cannot download anything...??? What is going on here...??? Please help... Thanks you. You will want to contact a site admin, or create a new post on the forum, to resolve that issue.
Sorry, but I couldn't resist: Most people, including myself, can deal with a lack of capitalization but the use of correct grammar, spelling, and puctuation can determine how your posts are received. You do realise that you spelt punctuation wrong?
Is it possibly time to enroll in a spelling class? A punctuation and grammar class could also help somewhat. No offence meant: it's just that a little effort, when put into editing your writing, can make a huge difference. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Wink.gif" border=0 ALIG
A skins section for MSN Messenger 8 will be essential. btw, Excalpius, you only need to click 'submit' once.
New blood joins this earth And quickly he's subdued Through constant pained disgrace The young boy learns their rules With time, the child draws in This whipping boy done wrong Deprived of all his thoughts The young man struggles on and on, he's known A vow unto his own That never from this day His will they'll take away What I've felt What I've known Never shined through i
DX may be able to do the widget part of it better, but I don't think it can learn your interests after a while, and so display what's most relevent to you. The news widget learns the type of articles that you click on the most, and, after a while, it can display what your interested in the most. For example, if you always choose sport-related headlines, but never technology-related ones, you'll get more news on sport, and less about technology. Also, t
With Windows Media Player minimized to its toolbar form on the taskbar, it squishes the other buttons between it and Quick Launch. This, in theory, should fix that problem: Minimise Windows Media Player to the taskbar so that it goes into the toolbar form, then right-click on and empty spac
no problems here. Any idea on what it could be then? I installed CounterSpy (antispyware) and Vba32 Scanner (antivirus) last night and everything was working fine and dandy until about 45/60 minutes ago. I can't log onto Gmail either, but places like news.google.com, images.google.com, etc.
Skinner Meowy: where can I get the wall in your Fedora screenshot.
