well kind of hope they address some of the minor but annoying things in toon soon. Between things in WB4 betas and stuff if you use skinstudio to analize the theme it lists something like 47 issues of diffrent types plus things like the log off missing custom color taskpanel (defaults to reg taskpanel of red n gold IF you rename the backup shutdown to xplogoff_bg.bmp other wise it shows as Grey with colored buttons)non trans backgrounds on some of the dropdown arrows so instead of a round button

well the best of all worlds is if you have ODN and access to all the programs toon uses otherwise I believe it installs shareware versions needed to get it to work. So I guess 1st off what apps do you have and what versions. Don't think you probs are because of needing WB4. Sidebar not showing sounds like Desktop x not running or loading it, you dont mention does the top bar show? If it does but side bar doesnt dx is running so you might try going to desktopx and select load and browse

I was wondering why still allowed here myself. grrr nope it just seems to hate me. If I go default things like OB are skinned the redish color but the minute I choose cutom color and blue, all my other stuff goes blue but OB stay at the customcolor files blackish shade and refuses to pick it up hehe.

okay I ended up having to reinstall toonXP to get back to origonal colors then changed it the way you said to, but only prob so far things like OB are skinning as Darkgrey/black instead of picking up the new color hehe. Any advice there?

Okay here goes... All i wanted to do was change all the red to Deep Blue to match the darker parts or the Blue wallpaper. Using skinstudio I managed to get the blue but shifting to blue cause all the yellow parts to go to a Purple shade instead of staying yellow as I wanted it to. Could someone pls explain how to easily change JUST the red hehe so I can do it right this time Thx in advance for any help on this Just Jess

Reforce is the program I used with my GF3. It apparently modifies or creates a custom inf for your moniter that locks it into the rates you want. I really had little problem except for DX and ogl Games doing the default to 60 and this fixed that. Think someone already posted a link to the site as this guy made it as donateware. Well, first off "Best" is a subjective word. What the origonal poster feels is "Best" will differ from mine for that very reason. I find it interesting WC supposedly has such bad WP's that you maxed out on freebies and then complained. Seems to me if they were as bad as poster claimed why did dl any to begin with. okay for the Desktopx problem. First go to confige and set it to autostart then you have to go into the registry to the key: HKCU\Software\Stardock\Common\StartupManager and remove the quotes from the key for desktopx. For some reson its adding the quote marks which stops it from working) Reboot and all should start. If you go back into DX options it will reset and you will have to repeat this.

well to be fair they havent said that. Think it was someone else saying they are working on other stuff so really don't think the deserve flameing for that. Personally find it hard to believe they are just ignoring it for now. Figure its just takeing time and was hopeing they would say something as to status.

Im using Wasp Revisited myself for now. Got it here a while back buts its gone from the archives last time I looked for someone else. I did end up posting my copy to the Cursorxp binary group for someone tho if anyone else wants to look at it. Not sure if the file has autor name in it to give em credit but pls don't think I created it hehe, I have nowhere near the skill needed.

Just curious if up to tossing us a bone about what is either in the pipeline, considered or decided against as far as more goodies like WMP, Trillian Skins and CursorXP set for Toon-XP? All have been hinted at but would rather hear from you on it.
