JoeUser ForumsIt might be because your system thinks people have signed out every couple pages and I have to exit Internet Explorer and then reopen your page and then sign back in. A couple of pages later if I try to download something again it tells me to register to download even though it says " Welcome Citizen Scott Holmes!" at the top of that page. It is very frustrating. I sometimes have to delete my cookies for this site to get back on.
