Can't uninstall DesktopX in DesktopX

I installed the "try me" version of DesktopX and now I can't uninstall it. When I click on remove in Add/Remove programs I get a dialog that says "Could not open INSTALL.LOG file". Any ideas or sugestions? Thanks!
