I'm also still stuck in this mission. Have tried a number of different approaches. Sometimes I start really good. But my moral always plummets once they start destabilizing me. I'm playing on challenging. What are the best start bonuses for this mission? Should I put money into destabilizing them?

Need help with Altarian Prophecy Mission 6 in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I'm playing the campaign on challenging, everything went pretty good but now I'm stuck in mission 6. If I try to play for a cultural victory one of two things happen. The Torians attack and squish me. Or because of my high diplomacy I can keep them happy. But then they have a much higher population and growth. And my morale starts to plummet, I guess they are destabilizing me. Does anyone have any tips for this mission?
