You have been registered since 2005, so it's your downloads since then. Regardless of that, once you get to a limit you will be prompted to subscribe to Wincustomize, but you still should be able to download. I strongly encourage anyone who downloads on a regular basis to subscribe to WinCustomize. It helps to support the site. Interesting idea but still not truth mate.

Download amount problem... in New Users WinCustomize Forums

Hi to everyone, Im a newbie here mates but have a problem. Sign-up today and when try to download some skins information says that 13MB reamaining and 87MB downloaded!? Eh? Where is the problem to da hell? Start downloading for the 1st time so how could I have already downloaded 87Megs? As I said Im new here so THX for comments and ideas guys. Sincerely Yours, JayM
