Hey, Could be related to the above post - I have noticed that after loading a saved game the empire boundaries are not there. My flagship was stranded and couldn't move anywhere (everywhere was out of bounds). Also - this is just probably not implemented yet, but a new colonized planet's tiles seem to "appear" that they are the tiles from my homeworld.
