So after spending the weekend doing other stuff I sat daown again to mess with this issue and and found that I had set my adapter DPI to large (120) rather ten normal. Putting it on normal has fixed the issue.

It is my understanding that any BIOS that adds a company logo to the boot screen will have trouble with this program. I would check the support forums at Stardock to see if there is a workaround. There is a way to do it by messing with the BIOS, I read it in a tutorial awhile back, but since I don't have the issue I didn't bookmark it, I just remember it was stickied at the forums somewhere.
