I'm certainly not there, but it takes alot of practice, time & patience, learning and for the top tier, talent. To be good, you have to be in it for the long haul.
I think there's font color problem with some skins. Load This Skin, Change Skin Color, Edit Skin in SkinStudio, etc don't show up for some skins--ex Anion by DanillOC. The controls are there if you know where to mouse around for them, but the font color makes them invisible.
I've done it too-- somehow it went away while I was panicking

In the 10/04/05 beta & beta, 1b I don't have tray access to WB5. Is it just me? If not, will the option for tray access be restored? Thanks

Bash There are a couple of choices you can use to pay for something without a checking acct or credit card: You can take the cash 1) to the grocery store and buy a Money Order at the check-cashing counter or customer service desk. Or 2) you can take it to any bank and get a Cashier's Check. WC (and other businesses) accept Money Orders & Cashier's Checks because you pay up-front if you buy either of them.
I just remembered the other part-- why I started reading about different kinds of skinning-- I was frustrated when I would try to change something in windows (ex, colors, taskbar size, icons). Either I couldn't do what i wanted, or it would revert when I restarted the PC. The bad old days
