I use Opera myself-- it's great with WB. (Never used BT, tho)

Mmmm .... coffee
BT is based on IE. Can you use IE successfully? If so, you might try excluding BT from being skinned by WB. In WB Config, select Per Application settings on the right side panel. Add BT to the Per Application list & exclude completely. If BT works after exclusion, you might be able to change the exclusion setting so WB skins the TitleBar. Yahoo Messenger is not compatible with WB & has to be excluded. It's possible that the s
There's even an image as it shuts down! There are so many nice Logons-- at last I can try them out!
Yay!!!!! It works! I had no idea that the Welcome screen had anything to do with it-- didn't even remember it existed I booted a couple of times, checking it out. The first time it seemed to come up much slower than usual. The 2nd time wasn't so bad. Will try it for a while & see how it goes... Thanks DZ-- I've messed with it every no
OK--groggy past begins to come back... I have Welcome screen off. To use Fast User Switching, Welcome must be activated. Done

Yahoo Messenger is one of the few apps that doesn't work well with WB open WB configure - click per application on the left add Yahoo Messenger - in the settings have WB exclude it from skinning
Every time I try to install 2.0, it bails out when it's almost through. It can't find the contents of some folder (vb something) in the temp files. It's making me crazy-- well actually I was already crazy-- but it's pretty annoying. Any ideas?
OK-- I installed LS. It behaves as it did in past attempts. I selected one of the installed Logons-- Welcome1. Tried Apply, which just locks the puter-- someone said it's what Apply does-- there's no point in trying Apply. Why it it there, then? It would be nice if there was consistency between Bootskin & Logon Studio (and if the bullfrog had wings, he could fly...). Anyway, I restarted the PC. After the Bootskin, I got the default Win
Decided to check before installing. Already have msvbvm60.dll ver. 6.0.97.82 in C:\ Now getting ready to install Logon Studio...
aimzzz , Logon Studio will always use the same logon I think I wasn't clear-- I've never been able to get anything but the Windows default logon. I'm going to try reinstalling now & see if I can get any different results. will report in on the results. Thanks for your comments, DZ <img src="h
Have a good birthday, Alexandrie!
Sorry--I feel stoopid, but maybe I'll reinstall Logon Stugio & be sure the library file went to the right place... I don't think I have that problem, tho-- for me, it appears to work, but it never changes the logon...
Also, put it in your Windows directory (( C:\Windows\ )). I am sure you knew that, but just incase How would we know? Why? Maybe it's the reason it never worked on my sys-- do you mean install Logon Studio to C:\Windows\ ? What is the reasoning? Why couldn't it be in X:\Programs\ like everything else?
What I would like to do is make modifications, get the theme registered with Windows, and then be able to use the theme use the theme without having WindowBlinds running WB doesn't work that way. A WB style can't be applied or used unless WB is running. However WB does not use system resources except when
Besides being inherently irritating, the Yellow Ribbon phenomenon was subject to political exploitation by the Reagan crowd...

Tie a Ribbon 'Round the Old Oak Tree One of the most odious songs ever produced. Which is worse-- the arrangement, the instrumentals or the singing?
