Ok I sent a message to support with a screenshot from IE Save As... and Photoshop Save As... you can see the dialogs are messed up.

Hello, I'm terribly frustrated, after uninstalling enhanced dialog, the shortcut bar on the left hand side of the dialog boxes disappeared. I can't click on "My Computer" or "My Documents" because it is stuck underneath the drop down and the file list. Help! -manji-

.NET OpenFileDialog.FileName is always empty in Enh Dialog WinCustomize Forums

All software using System.Window.Forms.OpenFileDialog in .NET returns nothing as the filename selected if Enhanced Dialog is active. This is a real problem. -manji-
