I just recently have almost completed a Windows XP Welcome Screen. I've used LogonStudio XP for the whole thing. I edited some things in the UIFile and Theme.ini files and then loaded it back up to edit in LogonStudio XP. I then tested it and continued changing things in LogonStudio XP.
