Conner has only been elucidating the use of imbecilic posting habits and lack of cognitive abilities, also perchance a not so veiled desire to quibble? John, 180
Happy subverted pagan fertility rituals to all Yes Tiggz, I believe this time of the year was celeberated a little differently in those days. Happy Easter to all. And as Jafo said "Drive Carefully" Down here at this time of the year, there seems to be a competition between the States for the highest fatality rate.
Please Phillip not the teeth, pleeeeease
Mine morphs looks great
Well I know the hair is a bit shorter now
My version of SDC (1.30.264.46) does not look anything the one shown in the preview. I also have wincustomise subscription but it is not intergrated into stardock central. Stardock Central is set to update itself so what am I doing wrong ?
I am sure is life after a nick change.
Thanks goodmorphing. Good one to have on the shelf
Ghos, I'm told "an untidy desk means an untidy mind".?
Don't forget that most computer users don't even know how to change their friggen resolution, let alone start applying different skins! Are you talking about me?, You talking about me?
John,Gary I'm back sort of. Any problems I've had are all of my own making I think. I've spoken to Jafo on the phone (He's just down the track) and I think he is still ROFLLL. I did what John said and it worked like a charm, the boot.ini was back. I said to myself, what a smart little guy you are. So I clicked "apply" (should I have?) rebooted and I was locked out completly. After that, everything is a blur. I have no real recollection of what actually occurred. I have vague pictures of
Gary John before I start on my merry way I still have the program Boot Skins loaded, should I uninstall ?
If I havn't got a boot.ini file does the message I get during bootup "Invalid boot.ini file - Booting from C:\Windows\ " have any significance?
Yes Gary. John I understood every thing after "then"
Gary an X in the square I meant to say
Ok - Done all that. when the Puter reboots I go back into the general area and "Normal startup" is checked again. No change. I cannot put a square in the box (if thats of any significance) and the "apply button" does not respond. I did get the message to restart the computer for the changes to take effect.but nothing has changed. I am still and not <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/s
Gary, its got a white dot in the square and will not allow me to check the box
Yrag I meant that in the boot.ini area nothing was showing
Windows XP Home Edition
Yrag - absolutely nothing?
I’ve been using Boot Skins for a short period of time without any problems. I have noticed recently during the boot up sequence of the computer (just prior to the boot screen showing) a message at the top of the black screen: - “INVALID BOOT.INI FILE BOOTING FROM C:\WINDOWS” I contacted Stardock who advised me that boot skins has nothing to do with the boot.ini file I have attempted to edit the boot.ini file through the “System Startup”- “edit” - and get the message:
I still say get another Dr. If this guy did not advise you of the possible side effects of the medication he prescribed - he's lacking. I was on at least three types of BP tablets before we found one that was compatible with my system. And - was always advised of the possible side effects.(listen to Jinn Fizz & good morphing ) I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT EVERYBODY GET THEIR BP CHECKED ON A REGULAR BASIS. Sorry for shouting, but I've got kinda attached to everyone around here. BP is called
