I do have WFX loading. Thought maybe that was it, tried uninstalling WFX, just to see if the text shadow would be there, but no go. I don't know if the text shadow is an XP thing or not.

WindowsXP. I seemed to have lost the shadows behind my text in windows explorer (in the right frame)and on the desktop. When I reboot, while everything is loading, I can see the shadows under the icon text, for a second, then the text becomes flat. These shadows make everything so much easier to read. Preciate any help
Just bought it! Still exploring. Love the easy downloads and installs. Had bought about 4 of the individual programs and love em. Wish I had bought Object Desktop sooner would have saved a little money. Any problems, try the stardock newsgroups and here. Lots of support. Well worth the money!
I did go for the ObjectDesktop. This will keep me busy for a while! Am enjoying very much. Some things are confusing, but just got it so it's time to play. Thanks to all skinners and developers. Such talent. I find the newsgroups for these very helpful. These message boards are great and sure are entertaining.
Thank you!!! Want to register WinXP. Guess I'll jump in. Please, your opinion. Have purchased from Stardock, individually, WB,IconPackager, CursorXP and going for WinXP. Should I just bite the bullet and purchase ObjectDesktop? Are upgrades for all the above included. I'm hooked! Love em all.
Morning, Trying to get my usual upgrades for my registered products. Have done this numerous times with no problems. I receive my email, from Stardock, with the links for the upgrades. Today, on the WB download page, for registered users, window blinds enhanced, I type in my email address (which has not changed) and receive a window with this: Microsoft VBScript runtime error 800a00d' Type mismatch: 'GETDSN /INCLUDE/MODREG lOOKUP.asp, Line66<b
Have been a WB registered user since their inception and really love the program. I appreciate the talent of all who skin. Come to this site everyday to look around and gather the goodies. Also, have IP, CursorXP and LogonStudio. Variety is a good thing and having said that, StyleXP has a great look for XP. Very clean and smooth lines and has a very classy look. The colors are great and the talent. So I'll use both and look forward to ALL the great talent out there.
Hi, Open CursorXP Config - go to tab (trails) - drop down menu is the type of trail - further down is drop down (images) you should see a list. The adjustments are in the middle. Make sure "disable all is not checked. If program not registered you may not be able to adjust. not sure of this. Hope this helps
I enjoy these message boards as much as the skins!
