Yeah I'm in the same situation as you most of the time SD. I understand entirely. I work at night and watch my son all day Don't worry you'll go on spurts just like me and have a bit to spend online.

Hey All, I have my sons first birthday coming up early March. I was just hoping to get some ideas from this thread as I know a lot of community members have children. I'm liking these responses. I think after this thread is dead majority will mostly over-rule in my decision. Regardless of which XBox you have, the first or the 360, we could all still play Live. Just match up my games with your games, if you have need for speed: most wanted for instance for the first xbox, we can still play against each other even though I have the 360. Know what I mean? It's all still xbox live afterall...

On an additional note... Only "proper" way to deal with the issue is this.. *Shut down all P2P Programs that have "music sharing" capabilities and not proper authority to distribute the content.
