Bootskins are images, BOOTSKIN program requires specific files in Stardock Software WinCustomize Forums

I've had Bootskin for some time now. I decided to get some more from the gallery but they all seem to be image file instead bootskin files. How do I get them to work in the program. Also the same for Logon downloads. Any help would be grateful.
