ehh, ..... personally have other things to deal with than what bush did years ago, taxes,etc... I do believe that dubya is truly a phony and a lying pile of crap. But, I agree with this statement, too. Our bigger problem is the other stuff we have to deal with today . Iraq, environment, clean a

From what I've already read, Rove's chow boy is guilty as sin. But, because neocons and conservatives run congress and the white house, he will not be brought up on charges. At least, not until they fall from their dubious graces.

Look how many of them would be out of a job if weed were legal. Look how many of these people and the pharmaceutical companies would be out of business if people were allowed to just grow it themselves. In fact, weed is just that - it's the easiest to grow weed on the planet. <img src="http://

One basic distinction between bush and others who did not go to Vietnam is that while he avoided the draft by gaining access to the Champagne Guard, or whatever it was called, he supported that war. He didn't even have the integrity to be honest about himself. And, he couldn't even fulfill that obligation. Cheney also dodged the draft, using deferments, and remember, he had "better things to do." Yet, he too, also supported that quagmire. Again, i

Very good question. He is, after all, the only reporter (for lack of a better term) that actually reported the Plame identity. My guess is that he was working with the White House all along, and is busy cutting a deal with them, in the name of national security. For all we know, he'll be the next Supreme Court nominee. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/JU/smi

I suppose I should thank you for proving that a lot of the JU conservatives are name-calling assholes. A fact that I have been pointing out since I started posting here. But, conservatives are so wonderful and so sanctimonious, they think they shit ice cream.

thanks, Latour. It doesn't matter whether I said "if this is true.." Repugs just hate it when the left points out that one of theirs may be dirty as dirt. I'm just waiting for someone to come in and blame Clinton.

If this is true, then Rove is looking at a bunch of heavy duty federal indictments that not even his chow boy, bush, will be able to bail him out of. Purjury will be the least of his problems. I believe Acts of Treason will be the bigger hammer. If this is true, then finally it will be put to rest that the White House itself was the leak. And, the contention that

This liberal would absolutely love it if dubya succeeded in Iraq, and I could be proven wrong. But, I'm one of those who do connect the Iraq debaucle to the Viet Nam quagmire. Sure, eventually, Iraq will sort this out, the way that Viet Nam sorted out its mess. But, no thanks to the Americans for interfering, resulting in the deaths of thousands upon thousands upon thousands of Americans, and millions of Vietnamese. And, that's the point.

This is a great article. I was thinking of doing a piece on the disgusting antics of Coulter, but I never got around to it. Mon, you covered it. She is one of the worst of the worst, and she has this uncanny way of smearing and slamming, wherein truth does not matter. And, her back-peddling is the most insincere drivel. Thank you for writing this. Now, I'm sure her supporters here will now vilify you for your opinions. My advice

and, while they were "giving diplomacy one last chance", they were dropping tons of bombs on Iraq to "soften" em up, and hope they retaliated. With diplomacy like that, who need Congress or the UN's approval?

lets see, prior to invasion by ground troops, dropping bombs, hmmmmm never in war has that been done before huh? fer cryin' out loud, these bombs were dropped before the war. BEFORE THE WAR. Quietly and illegally, dubya began bombing Iraq prior to the UN resolution and prior to any appro

Here is one link from the LA Times. LATimes Link .............. Put simply, U.S. aircraft patrolling the southern no-fly zone were dropping a lot more bombs in the hope of provoking a reaction that would give the allies an excuse to carry out a full-scale bombing campaign, an air war, the first stage o

Not only were the American and British planes in the no-fly zone, they were dropping bombs on Iraq daily, prior to the start of the invasion, to the tune of 600 tons. Not only were we dropping tons on them, they did not shoot down a single one of ours or the British. So, ya gotta ask ........ who is the agressor? Now, I'm going to find that link again............... stand by............

I suppose that instead of drawing these terrorists to Iraq to fight us there, you'd prefer we wait until they attack us on our own soil again? Well, we were already fighting them in Afghanistan, where they were located. Why, oh why demolish an entire country and kill off thousands of their citizens if

Notice how dubya again linked the invasion in Iraq with 9/11. It was subtle, but it was there. "We will fight the war on terror no matter where they are." (paraphrasing). But, Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 or the terrorists until we mucked up the country. Now it sure does.

When the rhetoric gets this heated and abuse substitutes for reasoned discourse, I know that I am right. Bahu, I know you're right, also. These fools will get it some day. Maybe.

Call them misguided, sure. Politically immature, certainly. Unaware of the consequences of their actions, of course. And of course, they are out and out WRONG about so many things it's scary at times. You can call us anything you want. Doesn't make it so. You can think we are flat out wrong all you wa

As so typical, drmiler, you have yet to add any substantive thoughts on this debate. Just mindless dumbass insults. You really should be banished. You dance around this fine line of what is acceptable behavior here, but always proclaim some kind of fantasy high ground. You behave like a high school cheerleader, or rather, a peanut gallery. Your ignorance on most subjects, except guns (go figure.....) is resoundingly loud.
