I had this event in my last game too. The event said that one planet of one of my opponent found an artefact which increased the basic PQ to(!) 35. I checked the systems afterwards and the planet had a PQ of more than 50. It seems to be possible.

Sorry, but i've deinstalled the game and installed it again. But now i'm going for my next technology victory. If the same happens there too then I will send the save game to you and everybody who's interested in getting it.
I started a new game 2 hours ago and all win conditions were enabled. So I'm pretty sure that it was also enabled in the game before. When I hit the 'Main menue' button at the end of the game then there was a 100 % besides the technology victory at the bottom of the screen. So everything should be right to achieve this victory but the game simply doesn't end. Do I have to do anything after researching 'the final frontier' or should the game end immediately ?
No, that's not possible. Like I said before, I achieved the alliance victory after researching 'the final frontier' and I was bribing all AI's with technologies. Noone of them have researched it before I did.
Hey, I have a little question about the technology victory. In my last game I researched all available technologies and yes also 'the final frontier' but the game won't end. I'm sure that I enabled all victory conditions because I was able to achieve the alliance victory afterwards. But why disn't the game allready ? Did I miss anything? I've downloaded all available updates (expansion pack) und the latest patch from the download section and I also used the stardock central clie
