Thanks guys! I ended up having to uninstall everything, and reinstalling each one separately, and restarting windows aftereach install. So far all is well. Thanks again.

Anyone else have problems with their virus scanners (McAfee) in Stardock Support General WinCustomize Forums

Since I installed the suite of programs (windowsfx, desktopx, bootskin, ect), my whole McAfee suite gets screwed up. VirusScan sometimes doesn't start, and cannot be accessed, Firewall sometimes cannot be accessed and/or doesn't start... I've reinstalled McAfee numerous times; I don't think it is the problem. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thank you in advance
