Hello, I am now trying to learn how to use window blinds. If anyone has a webpage or something with instructions on how and where to place these wonderful skins...Please post it here. I am brand new to this and trying to learn. Thanks for any help you can give me. I am basically looking forwared to customizing my desktop to look almost as wonderful as one of yours!
