Re-installed and did the updates. Moved all the mods into the mod folder and started a crippling game. We'll see how it goes from there. [Message Edited]

Specifically mid/late in the game when I want to create a new colony on a PQ 14. Using the 'scroll' often leaves me with billions of people to load, when I really only want 200M.
