I'm a little disappointed that there's been no definiative statement the the Stardockians on what consitiutes an unbalanced mod. (If I've missed this let me know and you can ignore the reset of this. :)) While I understand that they may not want to supply details, because there's always some one who'll take advantage, a little hint would be helpful. Maybe we could suggest a group to 'validate' the mods. I'm sure that Frogboy could supply some guidelines on what he considers the bound
