hhmmmm im not sure u seem to get it, the servers are under maintence right now. Libraries are being moved around, so there limiting to those who have paid or contributed. There under maitnce so others can have faster access. I fully support you brad keep up the great work!

well seems we all get ripped everyonce and a while one of the newer wallappers called where are you happens to use my one of my walls, Monochromedisaster https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=8&SkinID=6326 in the image. Im not really mad just slightly disappointed so if anyone could take care of this it would be kindly appreciated

It seems to me that the site counter is not resetting on many items, i have noticed amny walls and skins that have been up for multiple days having the same number of downloads in 1 day, and downlaods over all about the same. Also the top author dls seems be getting to be quite high. Maybe someone should look into this

even though u did ask ina kinda of non-respectful manner, its my person to help anyway. To make window blinds i suggest searching aroun d for some tutorials, and dl skinstudio which will help u immensly. dood dont discourage him, we all threw ourselves at this got rejected over and over eventually we got good enough, i think my first 5 walls were rejected, but i kept getting better, dont listen to him matt, ill even give u some tips if u send me ur work.
