So eating meat is bad for the environnement, that is quite true. However, eating meat is also economicly innefficient. For you to eat 1 lbs of meat, it took about 10lbs of vegetals to "produce" it. Humanity would be able to feed about 6-7x more people if we stopped producing meat and started producing vegetals instead. (I do not say that it's gonna be funny.. A steakless world... the though makes me shudder. But a steakless world where everybody eats is better than the world we have)
