I've pondered on this as well and agree that you should not be able to shop, etc, whie dead. But yes, your idea about being able to view the your ability tree or shop items would be great.

I was playing against all Rook's and noticed that quite often two rooks would share the exact same space so it only appears there is one rook. They would walk at the same time and occasionally get out of step so you can see there are two. Personally I don't care for this and would prefer that they could never share the exact position and would have to be at least one half their size away from each so you could see there are two. Again. Game is looking great so far.
It appears that the AI teleported in between their towers and was stuck there until he died.
Also, when you Alt-Tab back to the desktop, I see the name is called "Forge". Shouldn't it be "Demigod".
I have a small UI issue that I think needs resolved and should be easy. When I have an enemy selected (especially another Demigod) and I click on a shop to purchase an item. The little item at the top of the screen that shows which enemy you have selected is displayed on top of the screen that shows the items in the show overlaying on top of the first item in the show making it difficult to see it and select it. I see the store page has changed. I don't like it as much as previous page. Looks like most things have been changeg to show the products with text links instead of the nice graphics and screenshots that were shown before. Looks very plain and green now.
Just downloaded Impulse and everything installed and ran without any problems. :D So far I like what I see. Seems easy to understand. Going to go play with it more.
Hopefully I will be able to kick butt. He's getting too good and generally kicks my butt these days.

I'm having this problem too and talked with T-Man on IRC and he says they should have a fix for this later today.
Just wanted to share my experience with registering my serial numbers. Those are some extremely long numbers to type in which makes it easy to make a mistake. It took me a couple trys to get it right but it finally took my serials. It appears that I typed some number ones for the letter I for a couple of characters. And I missed a letter or two. So once I finally typed it in correctly it worked just fine.

I do have a registered version. But I cant figure out what they do. They dont appear to do anything. I am seeing a message that says current skin does not support smart buttons. But I havent been able to find any skins that support it. And there is no documentation about smart buttons. Help!
I don't get the smart buttons. I can't figure out how to use them and there is nothing in the help file about them. Anyone know what they do and how they work?
