This same thing happened to me in Vista 64. Matter of fact, the same thing happened back when I used to use Iconpackager in XP. Stardock really sucks for changing icons, I don't know why but their programs can never properly revert changes made. To add further, Stardock sucks as a whole. Now the program wont even uninstall ... Thanks for taking my clean install and mucking it up. Time to format and never install another Stardock product again.

I am using the most recent version I can find (downloaded from central) and the start button doesn't work. Giving me the same message as everyone else.
