I'm just curious, but, why is there two Web sites,Wincustomize and MaxStyles, that offer the same skins and themes? Wouldn't it be easier to label the skins and themes that were made by MaxStyles crew and keep them here at Wincustomize? One big happy family

Do you have OD set to start at startup? If so, uncheck that option and start OD after Windows loads. See if that helps. I'm using IE7 a lot I do not have these issues with OD running.

Take all the expansion cards out except the video, use only one stick of ram, unplug all your drives HDD's and CD Rom's. Boot into BIOS, load Failsafe Settings and reboot.Does it go to POST?

Every time I load any type of skin, Screen.exe multiplies and it wont go away unless I reboot. I know it's not a virus because I have my Task Manager open when applying skins. See pic below.
