AS far as I can tell there was no way he could of earned that much in one turn. I was playing on a tiny galaxy and our cash flows were both very similar about 500 income per turn. Whenever ive been badly in debt and production stops I've never gained that much on a galaxy this size.

I was thinking of going to war with them and thought I will keep and eye on their cash levels for a few turns and strike when they have the least cash. As I looked I noticed something strange happen. Who's to say the AI players are not doing exactly the same with their new technologies? And why is it not feasable to sell your tech to a number of races in one turn. After all wouldn't you have a huge team of negotiaters trying to sell your stuff, over more than just one phone line. ~SDC~

Don't know if anything like this has been mentioned before. Having proper planetary resources. Whereby you need a particular resource to be able to build a certain item. That would also encourage more trade and conflict for resource rich or rare mineral planets.
Can anyone help. I've researched Diplomatic Alliances but dont see any way to actually make an Alliance. When I talk to another race there is no option to do this under treaties. Can anyone tell me where I might find this newly researched feature ~SDC~
