Lord Kona's philosophies are so rife with ignorance, erroneous information, and poorly conceived notions of insurrectionism that I hardly know where to begin. Even disregarding obvious errors like his insistence that doing the fashionable thing is more important than life or liberty, the fallacies of his claims are glaring to those of us who have educated ourselves about the implications of radicalism. hey dude a starport is available without technology so is avaiable to start with.. you homeworld has a port built automatically for you so you will have to colonize a new world to build a new port..

Explaination of a trade base - simple: The total income of the route is mulitplied by the percentage increase produced by the starbase and only counts in its area of effect.. The Total manufacturing points that is produced on the world is multiplied by the percentage increase that the starbase produces.. All percentages are effected there is no raw number changes..

and defense of your ships I don't recall it ever assisting on defense.. it helps attack and hitpoint percentage on your ships..

Why Does the Subspace Anihalator have no weapon in this tech?? The Blaster should be before Disrupters since it seems to have a little less on attack than Disruptors and less on space than Phasors VII..

I don't know if the abilites give the correct bouns to your pop growth when you build Aphrodisiac though it seems to speed growth quite a bit though on your planets that are above class 6.. The Don't Ask 70% bonus should be given to you look in the stats and graphs charts and see if it is given..

Have you tried using the extra trade route ablities in the begining of the game and researching Neutral Shipping as well to see if this is a true hard limit?

Alright so I go to save my game I click the Load/Save button and type in a save file for the game and press save and it somehow only takes 3-4 seconds to save the game?? strange because i am playing on a gigantic galaxy with lots of players and expect long saves.. When I go to check the saves file again it doesn't have my file I just saved there anymore... as if it never saved a game with the title that i specified and it is

Allies share the benift of war bonding in this case when you go to war the ally will (eventually)... the starbase thing is voted upon in the UP votes it is random selection and you have no control over the vote being voted upon... that benift the UP gives could be that starbases assist or do not assist allies with the same benift as you get from the base..

Go into your options menu and click on the video options there should be an option that says fullscreen if you click off of that you will run in widowed mode the next time you start the game.. The graphics will look a little distorted but that is normal..

The PQ is definately a good investment. Higher PQ increases the inhabitants morale, population growth and I believe economic output. That and you get extra tiles. It only increases morale if the planet is over class 16, Population growth has to do with your current morale on the planet if it is high enough then you get a bonus, Has nothing to
