Fixed it. You have to disable PAE memory through the boot.ini file. Not a good option but at least it works now.

No, didn't make a difference. I'm beginning to wonder if it has something to do with the 64-bit processor because in the past I've never had any trouble with the program. Oh well.

Hello, After installing an older version of WinFX 1.0 and now the newest version (trial) I am seeing the Window Start menu not work. I try turning off all of the options but it's still causing that, right after I exit WinFX the Start Menu is fine. Any ideas why? BTW I'm using WinXP Pro SP2 with the Athlon64 3400+. I had used WinFX 1.2 with WinXP fine before upgrading to this processor, so I'm not sure if it's related.
