Technically, Snipe went from... 200->300->400 to 150->300->450. For all intents the damage was barely changed, they simply didn't add the other ranks back because nothing goes above Rank 3 right now. The real change was the higher cooldown for a MUCH increased range (25 to 90). Hammerslam is capped at 950 (same as the old rank 3) as well because it's missing the extra rank (maxed at 1200 before). So I'm going to actually side with "this isn't intended to be balance

Actually, though it's not shown in the tooltip, according to the .lua the cooldown for level 3 is 15 seconds (opposed to 30 seconds for level 2, and 45 for level 1).
A wizard did it! Rare, but funny to see when it happens. Not sure if I'd call it a bug or not (occurs when the arrow initially misses for whatever reason, but they're not supposed to miss so it keeps goin till it gets the target).
There are a couple items for this. Scroll of Teleporting from the consumables shop (use it, then select a friendly structure to teleport to), this is likely what you usually see. There's also a Scroll of Warping which is a short range teleport, but can go anywhere in that range.
What lane the creeps takes is a map thing, if they were intended to just run through the center (which would be the fastest way, so it's obviously specifically not intended) they would. I'm sure we'll see maps with more direct and also more indirect paths, and possibly ways to redirect them (via flag caps or what have you).
How are you "punishing" players for killing enemy demigods by not giving them a huge reward? The dead demigod will get no gold or XP while he's off the field (not even the passive income from gold mines), and can not assist his team in any way. You're already hurting the enemy team quite a bit by killing a demigod, start increasing the rewards by too much and you may as well throw up the victory screen after 2-3 kills. Do you think you can just run through and kill an enemy base witho
I think putting the enemy demigod off the map is a pretty big bonus as it is, not sure we need a big gold bonus on top of it (and it's already XP I believe).
This occurs when the two light towers are destroyed before the two in back turn into archer towers (they aren't targetable until they transform, and if the light towers die they will never do so, I believe).
Changing them to a -1 Demi sounds interesting to me. A 5 minute "you can't touch this flag, lawl" button seems a little silly. Oh, and is there a visible graphic when a flag is locked?
It'd be pretty easy to run out of snipe range given how long it takes to use, hitting after teleport might be a bit much though. It occurs with Fireball as well (and probably deep freeze/any other casted-on-target ability, but it has such a quick cast it'd be hard to notice).
I kind of miss Multiplayer Spawns from back in the day, I think it's something worth considering at least.
Yes, yes he does.
I just flat out don't like stuns (in the form of total lockdown) myself, in this game or virtually any other that involves one unit (RPGs and such as well). It's never fun to be unable to perform any action, limited only to moving the camera around, and the only time I feel that should occur is on a death. Even if you bring more skill (i.e. making people time better) or teamwork into it, 2 guys completely removing your ability to do anything at all is still you being completely unable to do a
Good changes. Nice to see some additional effects coming from later ranks now too, instead of only +damage or +duration to the original abilities.
Torchbearer for me.
If by 'the site' you mean demigodthegame.com then yes, you're fine.
Since when could a Savage commander spawn troops? Savage 2 commander can spawn upto 3 NPC builders, but they aren't troops and they sure as heck aren't going to be much use in a fight. The Savage commander's job was to coordinate people (or try to, pubs don't believe in following orders) and build stuff (a job that can be done in Savage 2 without the use of a commander). Savage 2 commanders got to kind of buff/debuff people. The Demigod General controls a bundle of NPCs to help with act
Sometime after Valve games appear on Impulse (which is not likely to happen).
Stardock actually has quite a few games available for purchase. You wont see SoaSE or GalCiv (or likely Demigod) on Steam because it makes no sense economically for Stardock to get them put there. Just like you will never see any Valve game on another method of digital distribution.
I definitely agree that this could do with improvement. Nice to know about the toggling auto-attack off and on as a temporary fix though (rather than doing the entire thing manual).
No, it's just there for some fun goals to try and accomplish. :)
Presuming I couldn't whip out a magically bigger budget from thin air to simply add things outright, I wouldn't really change anything. (You did say re-make, after all, not add next)
If you right-click spam Change Portrait at the player setup screen, the game will eventually crash. Seems to be related to PlayerPictureIndex in user.setting; when it hits negatives it'll crash (Annatar crashed at -1, I crashed at -3). Right clicks reduce it by one, left clicks increase by 1, doesn't seem to crash nomatter how high it gets, though. Edit: For anyone who gets hit by the crash (and loading Player Setup kept crashing it again for me), manually change the number into th
If you sell directly to the black market - you get less money, but instantly, and nobody else actually paid. If you place resources on the market to be sold, then whenever someone else buys that resource from the market, they'll buy from you (or from whomever might be undercutting you - you can lower the price to make sure yours sells first).
A: Ordering it from the US is, from what I've heard, about as much as it costs to get most games locally over there anyways (go go USD, sigh). B: From what I recall, they just couldn't get a Euro distributor for Sins. Not them hating Europeans or any such things.
